The Provenir project, is Gold, Silver & base metal project located in the Sierra Madre Gold Belt, Morelos-Chihuahua Mexico. The vast land package consists consists of 11, 110.56 hectares, consists of 8 concessions all of which are in good standing with the Mexican law. 

Project highlights consists of:

1. Agreements signed with private and ejido lands with the approval unanimously of the community and ratified by the competent Mexican authorities.

2. The area has excellent security because there are no conflicts between gangs.

3. The main economic activity in the area is pine wood commercialization, with ejidal agreements too and government concessions guaranteed, for this reason, the area doesn’t have environmental conflicts.

4. Given this economic activity, the project area was previously explored, therefore access to target of the project is possible with existing dirt roads that we only had to rehabilitated and in a few cases make new ones.

5. We have all the adequate infrastructure to comply with the new guidelines establish by law for Covid 19, with a new camp with all services (electricity, WiFi, hot water, laundry, food) with capacity for 15 people. and a special area for the protection of machinery, equipment and trucks.

6. We also have general assistants in the area and transportation available to rent, to transport machinery, tools and supplies in general, diesel and gasoline also available for on-site refueling.

7. The closest city for all supplies is the city of Los Mochis in Sinaloa State, 180km away from camp, which, as you know, has a commercial airport, international highways, rail services and a maritime port. 8.- Our private company is 100% Mexican of its own investment, which complies with all legal and commercial terms of our country, despite not being on the stock market, our information is supported under a report 43-101.
